With the beginning of 2013., Croatian biospeleological society began to implement SOKNO - Quality assurance system for nonprofit organizations, in its work. The quality assurance system is a system that allows the identification of customer needs and respond to them in order to be able to provide appropriate services in accordance with agreed standards. The possibility of self-assessment of its own quality assurance activities, bring the model to which it is possible through 13 quality areas to determine what is necessary for the organization to become more efficient.
